May 28, 2019 With a heavy heart I want to let you all know the store was heavily damaged from the tornado touching down on it last night. So we will be closed indefinitely. Thank you all for your kind messages , means so much more than you will ever know. READ ON. WE WILL BE REOPENING!! May 29, 2019 I am very sorry about the confusion from the post I made yesterday. Our store will be opening back up at some point, at this time we just have no idea when that will be. It definitely will not be anytime real soon as the front was destroyed and the inside has lots of damage as well. All of you that know me know that my store is my heart and soul next to my family. When we re-open we will be even better than we were before this tragedy. I cannot thank you all enough from the bottom of my heart for all of your text, messages, phone calls, it means more to me than you’ll ever know and I truly truly mean that! Each and everyone of you have made our store what it was and I sincerely thank you! So, cheers to you all for a quick recovery of Hometown creations!  July 3, 2019 I know we have a very long road ahead of us before we open back up & I’m wanting to take this time to start planning the stores future! I have a lot of ideas of new products & services I would like to add to the store but I would Love to hear some of your ideas & thoughts of products & Services you would like to see Hometown Creations offer. July 13, 2019 Good morning everyone! Giving a quick update, renovations have finally started on our building! If I Could do a summer salt & flip I would be doing it right now ( Imagine that in your head did you? And now you should be doing a good belly laugh 😂) Anyway...... Monday will be 7 weeks since tornado & no looking back! We are in full march ahead to get remodel completed & get the store back open ASAP! We have a Fun & Exciting Holiday Fast Approaching , CHRISTMAS, so my mind set right now is to make this Holiday Season The Best Yet! I cannot wait to see you all again & already planning Our Holiday Open House!  July 22, 2019 On a positive note! I spent a lot of the weekend ordering merchandise for when we open back up. I hope you are all as excited as I am! We will be opening the store with so many beautiful Christmas items! July 27, 2019 I can’t help but to be So Excited about the upcoming Christmas Season! Monday will be 9 weeks since the store has been closed due to the tornado & it is killing me not being there, But..... with construction of rebuilding the store moving a long everyday we are getting closer to opening & when we reopen we will Open To A Winter Wonderland! To soon to give a Opening Date yet but behind the scenes Christmas merchandise is being ordered everyday & lots of planning going on! We have Lots Of Surprises I think your going to Love! One exciting thing I will tell you is We Are Expanding The Store Again! This will be our fifth expansion since we opened 3 1/2 years ago! I miss you all dearly & cannot wait to see you all again & have The Merriest Christmas Ever!  August 9, 2019 Anyone else ready? I Love All Seasons! I miss you all very much! September 1, 2019 So Happy to see September has arrived! The store each day is getting closer to opening day! Seeing lots of progress in the last week at the building which is making me very anxious to get in there and start working on getting the store all set up! Still too early to give you a Opening date but on the bright side truck loads of merchandise has been ordered & will soon be arriving for our Grand Opening! Thank you all for your thoughts & prayers & one special customer was kind enough to bring us zucchini bread & home made jam which was delicious! Four (4) will be available by pre ordering & may be picked up when the store Opens or November 1, whichever comes first. This wreath can be used from the beginning of November through March. You can either comment here or send me a PM through our Facebook page/group. $69.95 September 17, 2019 Giving a update on the store: The outside is nearly completed & the walls inside were painted today. I don’t think I’ve ever been as excited for anything like this in my life as I am to finally get in my store and start working. The best way to describe my excitement is thinking back to when I was a small child & so excited & anxious for Santa Claus to arrive. My stomach literally flips when I start thinking about the day I can begin setting the store back up. Miss you all ! ❤️  September 21, 2019 This is only one of the many different varieties of Red Trucks we will have at Christmas.  September 23, 2019 I have had 3 Skids Of Christmas Merchandise delivered this week so spending the day checking merchandise in but I had to take a break & show this Beautiful Musical Snow Globe. You all know how I LOVE Red Trucks! This week I am expecting two semi loads of merchandise, I am excited beyond words!  September 24, 2019 Another Large Delivery Today! Every day for the next month there will be deliveries of merchandise to restock the store! So Excited, we are getting closer to opening day  September 26, 2019 More deliveries today! AND...... Tomorrow expecting such a large delivery to the store it’s coming via Semi Trailer! I am busting with anticipation of unpacking each box because I forget what all I ordered , a lot of this merchandise I ordered months ago! Thank You to All of you for sticking by me through all of this, I treasure all of you. September 27, 2019 This is the second delivery of the day, over 30 large boxes delivered & still have the Semi Truck load coming yet today. This is really starting to get REAL. And today marks 4 months since the day that changed so many lives here in our small town that I LOVE! #CELINA STRONG Last load for today, more deliveries scheduled for tomorrow. October 1, 2019 Love October ❤️ Getting Excited! We are getting closer & closer to construction being completed on our building!  October 4, 2019 For all of you that Love the Bird Seed we carry in the store, a large shipment arrived today❤️ A large Variety will be available!!  October 5, 2019 Another large delivery yesterday!
